We are now recruiting subcontractors!   H&H Tek has been in business for 7 years and currently maintains a territory of 20 offices and several thousands of individuals canvasing metro Atlanta along with surrounding areas.  Our support scope ranges from desktop, software, networking, security, and consulting.  Each H&H Tek Technician is assigned to a support territory consisting of multiple offices.  The Technician tours their assigned support territory on a weekly and/or monthly basis.  We teach our Technicians our client's culture so that a strong bond and relationship can be fostered with long term intentions.  Do you or somebody you know have the skills and attitude we are looking for?  If so, then let's talk!

Compensation
1099 Subcontractor: $150.00 per day (12-15 days per month) core – coverage 9am – 5pm M-F
Contract-Labor:
$55 per hour for additional earning opportunities through contract–for–hire basis, weekends and nights as desired, by customer demand.

Market Center Administrators (MCA) and H&H Tek Director of Support (Scott Hardy)

Overall Responsibility
Deliver software and hardware technical support through on site, desk-side, telephone, and remote controls

Key Areas of Responsibility
• Adhere to the HHTEK Service Plan  (link)
• Adhere to Company Disaster-Recovery Plan
• Maintain office systems, workgroups, and network.
• Respond to requests for technical support from Market Center Staff and Realtors
• Ensure basic connectivity to printers
• Ensure secure wireless connectivity for authorized members of the domain
• Ensure secure wired connectivity for authorized members of the domain
• Perform install/add/move/changes upon request by Market Center Staff
• Provide technical consultation to Realtors
• Maintain working knowledge of Keller Williams Realty’s web-based tools and services
• Purchase Recommendations
• Project Management

Consults With
• Keller Williams Realty Service Providers and Preferred Vendors
• Keller Williams Realty Technical Support (KWRI – Austin)
• All levels of management
• Vendors and Alliance Partners

Qualifications
• Strong sense of customer service
• Strong problem solving skills
• Punctuality is a MUST!
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
• Microsoft Windows Enthusiast (Mac Enthusiast is a plus!)

Certifications and/or Commensurate Knowledge Desired
• MCP, MCSE (MCITP), A+, A+ CT
• 2yrs+ Information Technology Experience
